ABOUT

Ryan began working at Staircase Constructions in June 2016. Ryan’s current role is installing stairs on site, although he is often in the factory producing stairs. He is currently a senpai in regards to standard production and has the ability to work independently in manufacturing stairs. His highest achievement is a Dai-senpai of standard installation demonstrating that he can take initiative on site, and assist the rest of the team. Ryan also assists in the production of curve stairs and would like to gain more experience in custom production. He hopes to keep learning and to be effective in his daily roles. Ryan’s short-term goals are to continue working and hopefully pay off his home, and to grow in his current role and become more efficient.

Ryan attended Galvin Park High School, before continuing on to work at Werribee joinery in a cabinet making position, for 10 years. He has also spent 6 years as a maintenance worker with City Link. Ryan enjoys motorbike riding and working on both cars and motorbikes in his down time. If he could attain a superpower it would be mind manipulation and his favourite food is chicken.
